Quality Manager (f/m/d)

We are a continuously growing company based in the heart of Berlin.

Your workplace is located between Schlesisches Tor and Treptower Park with good public transport connections. Our offices are located in a former factory building with an adjoining workshop. We work in an open space with modern facilities. In addition to countless lunch options, you also have the opportunity to prepare your own meals in our fully equipped kitchen.

We are an open-minded team with a particularly collegial working atmosphere and a passion for cycling. For this very reason, we provide our employees with a Schindelhauer bike, which can also be used privately.

Your tasks include:

  • Further development of quality management in the company
  • Creation of quality documents, plans and processes
  • Quality audits of products from ongoing production
  • Quality management of suppliers and assembly partners (supplier quality management)
  • Audits of suppliers
  • Claim management
  • Close cooperation with product development, product management and production planning
  • Risk analyses and FMEA in cooperation with product development
  • Support in the preparation of declarations of conformity and product certification

Your skills and personal abilities:

  • University degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, mechatronics or similar
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in quality management or supplier quality management in global supply chains
  • Very high affinity for digital tools and modern management approaches
  • High, personal quality standards and a penchant for precision and detail
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Strong communication skills, empathy and ability to work in a team
  • Independent, structured way of working combined with analytical thinking, resilience and personal commitment
  • Willing to travel (nationally and internationally)
  • Enthusiasm for (riding) bicycles and industry knowledge are a huge plus

Employment relationship: Full-time or part-time (at least 30 hours per week) with family-friendly working hours.
